History

Established in 2018, Frown is owned and operated by 27 year career Web Designer and Front End Developer, Mike Salkeld, in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Formerly the owner / operator of Luminance Design, a web development agency operational from 2003 - 2017, Mike returned after a brief period in full time employment [in web agencies and more recently FinTech fields], with a revised and reinforced incentive, focusing on responsive, usable and accessible sites.
